Last spring I was hanging out with my good friends Jordan & Maria Lamb. Our mutual friends had recently had a baby and we were at a brunch celebrating their baby dedication at church that morning. While we were eating, Maria and I got to talking and naturally work came up. Maria and I are constantly planning and scheming our next shoot, so of course we left the party with a plan in place. A few months later, I headed down to Salem Oregon to collaborate on one of my favorite styled shoots we've done to date! Deepwood Estate Museum & Gardens is one of the most picturesque venues in the Northwest. Their ornately manicured English gardens and Victorian architecture created the perfect setting for us to shoot in. I fell in love with the small conservatory full of windows and a black and white checkered floor. I knew this would be the perfect setting for an apothecary inspired lounge, paired with an incredibly Emily Rigg's gown. And how amazing is that blue tufted settee from Classic Vintage Rentals? Enjoy!
