Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of curating and producing bespoke destination weddings around the world. My work is defined by a deeply personal, hands-on approach, collaborating with long-standing partners to create celebrations that are expertly curated, uniquely designed and ultimately, an unforgettable reflection of each unique client.
Based in Los Angeles & Seattle, I bring a global perspective to every celebration, seamlessly integrating design, logistics, and creativity across continents. From the first conversation to the final flourish, our clients are guided through a personally curated planning experience defined by discretion, sophistication, and unparalleled attention to detail.
Now that the formalities and cliche’s are out of the way…who is Kaleb? Well, let me tell you! My passions in life are people and travel. I want to be surrounded by people I love, in fabulous places, ideally with a handful of shopping bags, on my way to grab a martini. My ideal day looks like getting lost in the streets of Paris where I “accidentally” stumble into a new wardrobe and add to my ever growing collection of Astier de Vilette ceramics. And if I’m not boarding a flight, then give me a beautifully sunny day, where I’m prepping for a dinner party that I’m hosting in my home.
Growing up my mother had a seasonal dining table (literally she switched out every 4 months) and about 15 sets of china to go with each season, and let’s just say she taught me well. So whether I’m putting out my best polished silver, buffing my extensive glassware collection to ensure you have the perfect glass for your cocktail or steaming my monogramed napkins, the table will be set, the drinks will be flowing and the RSVP’s are always yes!
Beyond weddings, I also have a staging company that connects me back to my love of interior design and satiates my desire to continually buy new furniture and art. It’s been a beautiful opportunity for personal expression and wildly fun to do in coordination with my partner, who is a realtor! Lucky him!

I’m often asked how I handle the stress of wedding planning. When passion is what drives you, it allows for the stress to fade in comparison to the love behind it all. It makes the long days & countless flights all worth it. Having my clients trust is an empowering reality and adds fuel to the planning process, making it an enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
intent
I strive for every decision to be grounded with intent, allowing for meaning and intentionality to be the foundation of my designs. I want people to feel moved and impacted by what they experience at our weddings. Intent doesn’t just mean it’s deep either- weddings should be a celebration…they should be fun! Our weddings are by all means elegant and formal, but they’re also incredible parties! I think the combination of the two is what makes for an experience that touches everyone, wherever they’re at and makes for the greatest memories.
